Dinex Expands in India with New Manufacturing Facility in Pune, Announces Transition of Existing Joint Venture
Middelfart, Dinex, a global leader in full exhaust and emission solutions, has announced plans to open a new manufacturing facility in Pune, India, reinforcing its commitment to the Indian market.
“This expansion marks a significant milestone for Dinex in India,” said Evangelos Georgiadis, CEO / Head of OEM, Dinex Group. “By investing in a dedicated manufacturing facility in Pune, we are strengthening our global and local presence, increasing our production capabilities, and positioning ourselves for long-term success in the region.”

As part of this strategic realignment, the company will phase out its existing joint venture to focus on independent operations. Dinex has increased its investments in the region with focus on new emission regulations for both on- and off-road applications, including BS7, CEV V, and Trem V, with support from global Dinex R&D facilities.
The transition of the current joint venture will take place over the coming months, with Dinex adopting existing investments and ensuring a seamless transition for all involved parties. As the Pune facility expands to 50,000m², we will welcome new talent, create job opportunities, and contribute to the growth of the local economy.
With the new Pune facility, Dinex aims to enhance its research, development, and manufacturing capabilities in India, bringing innovative solutions closer to its customers and supporting the country’s growing demand for emission control technologies.
